Getting Started
This section helps you set up your Powoflow account and learn the core navigation.
Logging In
Powoflow uses Auth0 for authentication. You'll receive an invitation email from your administrator with a link to set your password.
- Open the invitation email and click Accept Invitation
- Create a password (minimum 8 characters, must include uppercase, lowercase, and a number)
- Log in at your organization's Powoflow URL
tip
On mobile, you can enable biometric authentication (Face ID / fingerprint) after your first login for faster access.
Navigation
Web App
The web app uses a collapsible sidebar for navigation:

The sidebar shows badge counts for items needing attention — overdue work orders, pending requests, and critical alerts.
Mobile App
The mobile app uses a 5-tab bottom navigation:
